Interestingly, the way in which I got this job was strictly, one-hundred percent a result of "resume" and "interview": I was one of the least qualified candidates under consideration at the time for this position, but my resume was good enough to get a phone call, that phone call was good enough to get an in-person interview, and that interview sealed the deal! I even asked for an increase to the initial salary offered for this position and got what I requested, and recently received a 13% salary raise without asking for it (a strong indicator that Warden wants me to stay with them for a while...)
I literally wouldn't be where I am now without you brother!!!

Jon Murphy could not have been more beneficial for me in my interview process. After years of work in undergrad, I finally got the chance to interview at a graduate program for my dream job, certified anesthesiologist assistant…..I really don’t think I would've been as prepared as I was in this interview without the leadership and guidance from him. In the end, I got into my program! I will be starting the Masters of Health Sciences in Anesthesia program at VCOM Carolinas in September. I am now one step closer to my dream profession, and I give a lot of thanks to Jon for helping me get here!

I want to say thank you for mentoring me through my transition. I had a virtual and in person interview with the University of South Florida and annihilated them! I got the job because you took the time to help polish my skills for these moments! Thank you so much!

Jon gave me a tremendous confidence boost heading into multiple med tech interviews and networking calls. His deep industry experience allowed him to offer targeted advice and insights that genuinely set me apart in my preparation. He strikes an excellent balance between encouragement and constructive feedback, a combination that left me feeling more prepared than I ever had going into any interview or call.

Working with Jon during my job search was a game-changer. From polishing my resume to preparing me for interviews, his guidance helped me navigate the networking process with confidence. I truly believe landing my role at Loverly Grey wouldn’t have happened the way it did without his support. Jon genuinely invests in the people he works with, and it shows in the results.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Jon as he has mentored me through interview preparation and helped me discover the right career path for myself. As I begin my career in sales, I value leadership, direct feedback, and people who lead by example. Jon embodies all three. He helped me improve my communication, preparation, and confidence going into interviews. His guidance was intentional and tailored to who I am as a person, not a script. As a veteran himself, he also showed me how to translate my military experience into real strengths in the workplace. Beyond the coaching, his character stands out most. He genuinely invests in people, always finds the time to help, and motivates you to bring your best self to the table. He is exactly the type of leader that any aspiring professional would be fortunate to have in their corner.

There is no mistake I owe both my successes and career in medical device to Jon and his superlative direction. I came into the field as a novice and now excel as a top performing rep in a global market leading company by his empathetic, deliberate, and strategic guidance. This is why the word exceptional simply isn’t sufficient when detailing Jon’s impact on my professional life.
