With 33 years in the MedTech industry, Jon Murphy has led commercial and sales organizations across the U.S. and Europe with leadership roles at the regional,  divisional, and national levels. He has built and developed sales teams in the United States, UK, France, Italy, and Germany, and negotiated with health systems across the United States.   Jon is a US Army Gulf War Veteran and serves on multiple profit and nonprofit boards.

Jon founded Redwood Consulting to help professionals, veterans, and college students strengthen their career strategy, job networking, communication, and interview skills. He is also a Substack writer focused on leadership development, selling skills, and career growth.
